Developed by EXDO Development as a joint venture with Elevation Development Group and the Kentro Group, DOMA (tentative project name) will feature a large-scale national retailer that will provide affordable goods and groceries to the surrounding community, in addition to ancillary retail offerings and multi-family rental housing on site. Beyond curing the Cole and Five Points neighborhoods' and the RiNo Art District's long standing need for accessible and affordable groceries, the project includes the re-configuration of Downing and Marion Streets from dangerous one-way traffic to more pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular-friendly two-way traffic.
