Developed by EXDO Development as a joint venture with Elevation Development Group, The HUB offers two Class A modern workspace experiences in two towers - Hub North and Hub South. With over 350,000 sf of modern workspace, HUB is the national headquarters of Home Advisor. HUB also offers over 25,000 sf of ground floor retail with restaurants, a gym and retail banking. EXDO and Elevation sold the HUB project to Beacon Capital in 2017.
