Developed by EXDO Development as a joint venture with Sage Hospitality and Walnut Development Partners, the Catbird Hotel is a hybrid of a hotel and an apartment building, offering a boutique extended-stay experience for visitors to RiNo and business travelers alike. Located near the 38th and Blake Commuter Rail Station in the heart of RiNo, this seven-story boutique hotel features 165 rooms, a massive rooftop bar and ground floor restaurant and opened in August 2021.
